It was fabulous to celebrate being American while in America with family. Good times.
Well, mostly good times until the end of the evening when some reckless, teenage neighbor boys sent a firecracker whizzing by our heads and almost hitting Chloe while we were outside playing with sparklers.
Chloe was okay, just freaked out. The neighbors didn't get hurt either, lucky for them.
After three plane rides, twenty-two hours spent in airports and airplanes, and our minds being delirious from sleep deprivation, we made it back to the sweet states.
We saw this nifty Pokemon Plane while waiting in the Naha airport. We weren't lucky enough to get on it and if we did, I'd probably be disappointed with the inside, I'm guessing it's a regular old looking airplane on the inside. It's just so splendid that they put something so colorful up in the sky.
